Bert Rosenblatt
Born and raised in Manhattan, Bert is a graduate of the State University of New York at Purchase. Could be that degree in Russian Literature that’s responsible for his successful navigation of the complex world of commercial real estate. Years before Vicus, his first foray in commercial real estate at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank earned him the Rookie of the Year Award (1997.) Bert is currently on the Board of Leadership Enterprise For A Diverse America (LEDA), a member of The Brooklyn Entrepreneurs Organization, The Technology Board of the United Jewish Association, The Business Owners Council, REBNY, the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association & The International Tenant Representative Alliance. He’s also a contributor to Eye to Eye, a non-profit organization that began with youth mentoring programs for children with dyslexia and has now expanded to support all differences.
Bert is a self proclaimed TCM dork, an avid runner and squash player. He resides in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn with his wife Varsha, daughter Damini and son Dagan.
